Once you’ve finished crisping up a batch of our 10-day cured bacon, don't even think about pouring the drippings down the drain. We call that fat liquid gold for a reason. It’s packed with the same deep, smoky flavor from our cold-smoking process that makes the bacon itself so good. Keep a glass jar by the stove and save it.
